To provide quality service at a reasonable cost that effectively resolves any human/wildlife conflicts with both people and wildlife in mind.
To respond to requests for assistance, in dealing with wildlife related problems, in a timely manner, assess such problems and propose a solution as soon as possible with a reasonable estimate of cost to resolve.
Capture and relocate offending individuals whenever such option is possible, reasonable, legal and desirable from a wildlife management perspective.
When any animal, causing damage, or risk to property, has been captured for relocation and release, that individual shall be handled and cared for with a primary concern for its safety and comfort while being held and in transport. It will be released at a location, which is not likely to displace other wildlife and offer the highest likelihood of re-establishment to that individual.
When utilizing non-lethal devices for capture and relocation of a target species such devices will be set in locations which will not be easily accessible to unauthorized individuals and where necessary notice of sets will be posted to ensure public safety.
All control activities undertaken by Eagle Creek Wildlife Control are carried out in complete compliance with Federal, Provincial and Civic Acts and regulations and in co-operation with Federal and Provincial Wildlife management programs and personnel.
